1. Pull out the waste water of dyeing, watering and rise the temperature to above 85oC;
2. Adding 5% WR-1 and 15% WR-2 simultaneously, string;
3. Adding citric acid or formic acid to adjust to below 3;
4. Rise the temperature to 95oC maintain for 30-35min, and then change the water to keep the temperature higher 40oC, washing for 5-10min, ending the treatment till PH achieve 4.
Matters needed to be attention:
Sulphuric acid, sodium sulfate and phosphate water softener shouldn¡¯t be added in the finishing bath in case of influence the effect;
Mordant dyes is recommended in case of influence the color bright, and co***tibility with dyes should be test before finishing to get the best effect;
After treated by SNOTEX WR LIQ, PH value shouldn¡¯t be adjust with alkaline, and washing with cool water is enough to keep it at 4 or so;
SNOTEX WR LIQ is strong acidic, please keep away from direct contact with skin, eyes, and wearing rubber gloves, exposure suit and respirator.
