Application:
1. Process recommended:
Add sodium chlorite, hydrogen peroxide, sodium nitrate and acid-adjusting agent into the reactive still at room temperature, and add 4W at 60oC following by rising temperature to 80oC, then raise temperature at 2oC/min to boiling, keep for 30min;
Low temperature to 80 oC to add sodium hydrosulfite 2g/L to dechlorinate;
Rinsing by water at 60-70oC;
Treat by softener.
Reference formulation:
SNOTEX 4W 0.2-0.35% (o.w.f)
Matters needed to be attention:
The dosage of 4W should be lower than 0.5% (o.w.f);
Oxalic acid can instead of acetic acid to adjust the PH value in case of stain by the rust;
Softener should have no effect on the whiteness of the fabric;
Hydrogen peroxide (30%) 2-2.5g/L can be used to dechlorinate as well.
